The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi which was helpful for planning our daily excursions around the city.

The hotel was in need of some renovation and updating. the facilities were old and outdated, especially the bathrooms.

Location was quite good and the car park can be necessary in bursa.

The staff was quite rude and they didn't speak english so it was very tough even to communicate the simplest request. The hygienic conditions of the breakfast service were very bad....The pitcher with the juice was brown stained, the basket of the bread was always open with flies on it and everybody could touch the bread with bare hands. The price was too expensive for the offered services.

The hotel's location was really convenient for us. We were just a 5-minute taxi ride away from Uludağ, one of the highest mountains in the country. Additionally, there were plenty of Turkish restaurants nearby and an old-style bazaar within a short 3-minute walk. This made it easy for us to explore the local cuisine and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near Uludağ, a beautiful mountain perfect for outdoor activities. It is also surrounded by a variety of Turkish restaurants and a charming old, style bazaar just a short walk away. the rooms offer comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well, maintained.

The staff's limited English, speaking abilities can sometimes be a challenge for international guests.

The hotel moved me to another hotel due to aircondition was broken down the other hotel was far away from city center and the room is not so suitable

The Location is great close to the bazar and bursa's attractions, friendly and helpful staff, good and spacious room.

The AC at our room wasn't good, although they promised to fix it.

Located Near Attractions And Many Restaurants

The hotel has an excellent location, close to many attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the nearby bazaar and trying some delicious Turkish meals. The room was also spacious and comfortable, with a decent view of the surrounding area. However, that was about it for the positive aspects.

Our experience at the hotel was overall quite unpleasant. The facilities were outdated and in need of repair, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the breakfast was subpar.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean with many towels in the bathroom. And the breakfast buffet was the best we had during our three weeks of travel.

The space and bed in the room were fairly good. Its location was also convenient for city trip. Furthermore, the terrace restaurant for breakfast on top of the hotel could provide a good view of the city.

When we arrive at night, the people at the reception did not speak any English, which made it difficult for me to communicate with him.
